• Dogs interact with other friendly dogs in a safe environment. The camp is air-conditioned/heated. The floors are totally matted. The "restroom" is double fenced.
  
• Dogs interact with staff trained to facilitate training and supervise all the dogs' activities.
  
• Training is modified. Staff reinforces dogs for coming when called and sitting (not jumping) for attention. Appropriate social behavior (inter-dog and inter-species) is strongly reinforced.
  
• New skills are taught to enhance the dog's physical fitness program. Although the dog's "gym" work will depend on the current level of fitness and his doctor's advice on limitations (if any), most dogs can benefit from some low level jumping exercise.
  
  

Lots of exercise for the dog that is home alone during the day. Our motto is "A tired dog is a happy dog." Many dogs are under exercised due to their owner's long hours and busy schedules.

The well exercised dog is much more manageable; undesirable behaviors are significantly decreased. Many dogs are constantly looking for attention from their owners; getting lots of exercise and plenty of attention (even for 2 days a week) during the day makes even the most energetic pesky dog easier to live with.

Many people use Day Camp for their dogs when the house is on the market. Your dog can spend time partying with his pals during the day as your home is being shown. Day Camp is a good place for dogs to go while you are having work done on your home .. they can have fun instead of being underfoot!

Campers are limited to friendly dogs. Intact (not neutered) males not accepted after 6 months of age. We reserve the right to excuse dogs that present any of the following problems in camp: excessive barking, guarding, stool eating, housebreaking problems, crate problems. No aggression is acceptable in camp.
